Quanam has implemented in UTE (Uruguayan full-cycle electric company, with more than 1,350,000 clients), Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) to cover the service requirements of customers, consumption measurement, billing, collection, delinquency management, field work management, claims, etc. As proof of this success, during the Oracle Open World 2014, one of the largest technology events in the world, we were honored by presenting the "OracleSustainability" award to UTE. In a short time of implementation, the company had already made a reduction in non-renewable energy consumption, increasing sources and management on demand through the most efficient use of resources. We were also responsible for the upgrade of CC&B at Duke Energy in Brazil.
