Data Conversion & Migration
Power Utility in Orlando
The project aimed to decommission and migrate from the legacy system (IBM Data Manager) into Talend. Talend as an ETL platform integrated with data structures in Oracle 19c.
Within the project's framework, a roadmap was developed for enhancing and cleansing the Data Warehouse. This involved conducting a Data Architecture assessment to analyze the initial design and structure of the DWH, and formulating strategies for upgrading various data platforms and assets involved.

The project’s scope was the implementation of Oracle CC&B and Mobile Workforce Management System. The Data & AI team was responsible for the design, development and implementation of the analytical modules and operational reports. 12 Datamarts and 100 operational reports were delivered during the project. The team also took the legacy system's Data Cleansing and the Data Conversion.
+20 data cleansing conversion cycles which involved handling data related to 1.35M customers, installed meters, and a complete year's billing.
3 trials to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the migrated data.
