Need to have a single reliable data repository with all the information of the different areas of the bank, independent of the complexity of the different systems used so far for the crossing of data and decision making.
Solution
A unique repository of data was implemented from COGNOS Business Intelligence tools, as well as procedures and functions developed for the cleansing and integration of data from different sources. An Integrated Scorecard was also created to monitor the performance of the bank and it is used by the directors.
