The national public healthcare provider needed to modernize its budgetary and administrative processes while ensuring regulatory alignment and centralized operations across more than 70 Executive Units distributed nationwide. 

The challenge involved integrating with government systems, securing organizational adoption, and scaling the solution to thousands of users under a consistent and controlled management model. 

A Government Resource Planning (GRP)  platform based on Odoo was designed and implemented, integrating procurement, contracts, inventory, and accounts payable within a single environment. 

The GRP operates under a centralized model, integrates with government systems such as SICE and RUPE, and is prepared to interoperate with the institution’s internal systems, ensuring traceability, budget control, and operational efficiency at national scale.
