Quanam held a business breakfast on management, information, and technology at the state’s service: a budgetary and financial planning solution applied to a public structure. It was held in the function room of the company, on May 26th, with more than 20 guests from the public sector.
Accountant Laura Tabarez, Financial Manager of the Ministry of Economy and Finance /MEF/, presented their experience with the Financial Planning project, together with Ariel Carámbula, Quanam’s Project Manager, who explained the technology used.
The solution allows collaborative budgetary and financial planning, streamlining interaction among administrative units within a dynamic environment. A practical and user-friendly interphase is used, very similar to look&feel by Excel.
It allows financial analysts of MEF Accounting and Finance area, generate “what if” scenarios, create dashboards and reports on demand, immediately analyze the impact of different planning changes and design more efficient planning cycles.
The shared experience shows how technology provides opportunities to improve efficiency and transparency, transforming the way we work and revealing new trends for state governance and management.
